I am a passionate fitness professional whose journey began in McAllen, Texas. Growing up in a close-knit family with three siblings - Jordan, Emma, and Bryan, and parents Mark and CC - I developed a deep love for outdoor activities and athletics from an early age

Early Life & Interests

I embraced an active lifestyle that included:

  • Outdoor pursuits like survival camping, climbing, hunting, and fishing

  • Various sports including golf, pole vault, and soccer

  • Self-directed learning, particularly in science

Fitness Journey

My transformative fitness journey began during my sophomore year of high school when he weighed 110 pounds. Through my best friend Cayden's influence, I discovered weightlifting, which became a turning point in my life. During the COVID-19 pandemic, they resourcefully gathered equipment and knowledge throughout the Rio Grande Valley (956 area).

Professional Development

After eight years of dedicated training and a 60-pound transformation, Mark has achieved significant milestones:

  • Currently pursuing a B.S. in Kinesiology at Baylor University

  • Certified Personal Trainer

  • Certified Nutritionist

His combination of academic knowledge and personal experience has equipped him to guide others on their fitness journeys, emphasizing both practical expertise and scientific understanding.
